Native New Englanders, Franco Pisani and Ted Sexton founded Paravicinis in historical Old Colorado City in 2000, opening a second location in Palmer Lake Colorado in 2006. Paravicini's Italian Bistro offers hearty Italian favorites along with Chef Franco Pisani's creative specialties. The name Paravicini translates to "for the neighborhood" and we have captured the neighborhood feel of an Italian eatery located in any of this countries Little Italy's.
