Biography
Chef Derek Howard
graduated from the Culinary Institute of America
almost three decades ago and he has been creating outstanding
cuisine ever since.
He has trained under Chef Michael Chairello
in Napa Valley California, Chef Jimella Lucas
in Nahcotta Washington, and Chef Alessandro Stratta
at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale Arizona. All
of these distinguished chefs have passed along their knowledge
of wine, creativity of cooking, and their mastery of guest
service.

training and practical expertise to each event. |
