We have a new, Chef Tyler Peoples

Well, actually he is not new at all; he has been working at Briarhurst for many years before working as a chef and it is just the title that is new. Tyler has been the man who has preparing your food at Briarhurst almost every day; the primary force behind making and preparing new innovations on our menus day after day for over four years.

Tyler is a true culinarian who enjoys the complexities of the art of cooking and creating new cuisine. This year Tyler is now the Executive Chef and will finally be creating a new menu that is entirely his own (with a little help from me). Tyler and I hope you will come in soon and experience our new menus for 2009.
