The Conservatory
The Briarhurst Manor offers you the following:

The Rose garden Tea House.
For the reception, there are several menu options:
- The hosts may design their menu from one of
our banquet menus. The dinner can be pre-set for everyone, or
the courses can be pre-set with the guests replying to an RSVP.
The host would then need to keep track of which guests are having
which course. A count must be provided to the Briarhurst Manor
and the host would need to set up color-coded place cards or name
cards for each guest. Our executive chef and staff will also be
happy to arrange a Special Dinner Menu customized for your event.
- The hosts may offer a buffet. A minimum of
50 guests would be needed for this option. We offer the finest
Wedding Buffets for your very special occasion at very reasonable
pricing.
- A Briarhurst Cake - Pricing starts from $9.00
per person. The host may choose any design for the cake, pick
the different flavors and fillings for all the layers, and receive
cake cutting and a serving and hospitality station. The host may
also bring in a cake (from a commercial bakery) for $5.00 per
person and still receive the cake cutting, serving station and
a hospitality station. Note: whichever option is chosen, an unlimited
hospitality station (coffee, decaffeinated coffee, selected hot
teas, and iced tea) is provided.
- For the Toast - Champagne is the standard
for most occasions (Sparkling Cider is also available), or you
may choose one of the many fine beverages on our wine list. Served
in a tall champagne flute with a strawberry slice.

The West Terrace Gazebo
The Gazebo is available for weddings, parties, and private dining.
A signed contract and a deposit will lock-in the date, location, and time. The deposit will be applied directly to the final bill. We ask that 90% of the remainder be paid 30 days prior to the event, and that the final bill to be paid by the conclusion of the event (8.8% sales tax and a 22% taxable service charge will automatically be added to the final bill). Additional payment plans are available.
No coats and ties are required.
