STAGE AT CELTIC CROSSING While Celtic’s Cigar Room and Pub have done fabulously in the 7 years since they have been opened, the dining room never really “took off.” As much as Irish Food really is fantastic (Ireland has won the European Culinary Competition for 2 years running), people think of “Irish Food as Fish and Chips, Corned Beef and Cabbage, etc) and have preferred to eat in the pub. They have decided to change out the dining room to go with something that may more suit what folks in the area want – “Center Stage at Celtic.” There will be live bands playing with two dance floors from Wed to Saturday.
