1. EURO PUTS A TWIST ON DATE NIGHT
If you are looking to go out and have a good time, a good meal, at a fantastic restaurant, Euro is your place. Summer hours are now in effect; lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 11 to 5, Sunday 12 to 5 and dinner on Friday nights from 5 to 9. The patio is open and is the perfect people watching spot. 3. RHAPSODY’S OPEN FOR SUNDAY BRUNCH
Rhapsody’s at Clear Creek will now be open on Sundays for Lunch from 11-3pm. They will also be offering 2-3 Breakfast items on Sunday only. New Summer hours are Tuesday thru Saturday, lunch from 11-2pm, dinner from 5-9pm and they will offer light fare on the patio from 2-5pm, weather permitting. 4. KOBE BURGER AT 1515 RESTAURANT
If you are downtown for lunch or in the early afternoon, 1515 has created a trio of masterpiece burgers! You can get a Kobe Burger with sautéed shallots and mushrooms for $11; 1515 burger 1/2 pound patty with gorgonzola cheese, sautéed mushrooms and bacon $8; or the standard 1/2 pound (smell of the grill) burger for $6 – These trio’s have been rated #1 burgers in Denver for last 3 Years.

5. FRESH FISH AND THE COPPER RIVER KING SALMON FESTIVAL
For a limited time (June 1st – June 17th) guests can dine on some of the best salmon in the country right here in Denver!! 6. COLORADO RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION’S GOLF TOURNAMENT
What a dream day – playing golf in the beautiful outdoors! You can have this day! Pikes Peak Chapter of the Colorado Restaurant Association is hosting their 17th annual Hospitality Open Golf Tournament on Monday, June 4th. It will be an 18 hole four person team scramble.
