The "best restaurant" is defined as the restaurant best suited for your state of need ... whether that is Family Italian on the North Side or Fine Dining with a Southwest flavor. This is why we created ColoradoEats and our bi-monthly Newsbytes. To help you, our faithful readers, get the inside scoop on our restaurant scene and make the best use of your dining time. Let's face it ... most of us have very little disposable income (let alone disposable time), but what we do have in the way of 'extra', we like to make sure that we enjoy. Now, due to many requests, I am writing other useful restaurant information (and trying to be entertaining too) in my very own blog: corestaurants.blogspot.com. OPEN FOR THANKSGIVING Too busy to cook a traditional Thanksgiving meal, but would like to enjoy one? No problem.
