Chef Jackson Lamb has been
in the hospitality industry almost all his life. Over his 25 year
plus career, Chef Lamb has been exposed to a variety of ethnic
restaurants, dietary and nutritional cooking, large catering venues
across the country, international travel, and training and teaching
environments. His experience in catering, both on-premise and
off premise, is vast. He holds an undergraduate degree in Hotel
Restaurant Administration, and has a graduate degree in Business
Administration. His most recent experience was as an instructor
at one of Denver’s finest culinary institutions.
Staffing at Jackson Lamb Hospitality includes Chefs certified
through the American Culinary Federation. Utilizing an array of
industry professionals, Jackson Lamb Hospitality can commandeer
the industry’s best to fulfill the needs of your special
