Chef Jackson Lamb has been in the hospitality industry almost all his life. Over his 25 year plus career, Chef Lamb has been exposed to a variety of ethnic restaurants, dietary and nutritional cooking, large catering venues across the country, international travel, and training and teaching environments. His experience in catering, both on-premise and off premise, is vast. He holds an undergraduate degree in Hotel Restaurant Administration, and has a graduate degree in Business Administration. His most recent experience was as an instructor at one of Denver’s finest culinary institutions.
