Dear Guru Nation:
Thank you all who visited the "Java Guru" this past month, it was a pleasure
to see so many of our regulars as well as new Guruvians who have just found
us. It is our sincere pleasure to serve you all the best coffee around and
give you fast and friendly service, without you there is no Guru, we
appreciate your patronage.


**Tickets have gone on sale for Comic Rock on October 21, and have started
being snatched up. Remember, this extremely popular event sells out
quickly, so zip on over to the Guru and purchase your ticket. We have 85
available and they started selling on Sunday. This show is different every
month, and just continues to improve. The Guru staff will be ready for our
patrons, we will have a Comic Rock menu, desserts and are ready to make your
Comic Rock experience Awesome! It will be our goal to start the show at
8:30 sharp, so get there to get your seat.


**Every weekday from 3-5 PM we have "HYPER" hour, and our Guruvians can
enjoy a large Guru specialty coffee for just $2.00 or a Guru size frozen
drink for only $3.00. Come on down and enjoy an afternoon pick-me up.


**FYI- the Frozen Fruit tea blasts at the Guru are not only delicious, they
are also nutritious and contain over 1lb of fruit concentrate and 100% of a
daily allowance of vitamin C. They are sweetened with fruit sugars and are
fat free. Bonus, all of the taste, none of the guilt.


**Stage Guru is almost completely booked with musical and comic
entertainment for the month of October, but we do have a couple of nights
open, so if any of you would like to entertain, or know someone, let us know

**The Californian wines seem to be a hit, come and sample a wine flight and
taste 2oz of each one, 4 in all, for just $8.00. They are quite fabulous.


**Friday nights at the Guru we give you $5.00 Martini's all evening, We have
12 of them and they come served in their own shaker for a "self pouring"
experience to enjoy.


**News flash, starting this month the Java Guru will be offering a catering
menu featuring our signature sandwiches and salads in a complete meal. We
are also offering breakfast items for takeout as well. Ask for a menu if
you will be interested for an event or office party. Also, if you would like
to utilize the Guru for a private function we are available weeknights and
Sunday evenings. Please keep this in mind for your holiday parties and
events.
