Taste of the Springs - Wine Maker's Dinner
Join us for the 2006 Taste of the Springs Winemaker's Dinner. Saturday May
20, 2006. Seating is at 6:30p at the Craftwood Inn in Manitou Springs. This
event is a fund raiser for Care and Share, the food bank for Southern Colorado.
The meal features a custom menu prepared by Chef Jeff Knight and wines
specifically chosen by Enotec Wines to compliment each course. This is our
fourth winemaker's dinner for Care & Share and will be a food lover's delight.

Sunday, May 21. Doors open at 3p at the Antler's Hilton in Downtown Colorado
Springs. Tickets are $65 per person of which $50 is tax deductible. Come and
sample food from restaurants such as The Melting Pot, The Craftwood Inn, The
Briarhurst Manor, The Ranch Steakhouse, Margarita at Pine Creek, Solo's, Jake
and Telly's, Alpine Chef Catering, Paravicini's, Nemeth's El Tejon, Blue Vervain,
