Lunches at the Margarita change weekly. We offer a multicourse menu and feature a selection of chef inspired entrees and specialty salads as well as homemade soups prepared daily, fresh baked whole wheat bread, pimento cheese and poundcake.

Daily soups include:
Tuesdays: Crab Bisque or Vegetable beef barley/Gazpacho in the summer months
Wednesdays: Mushroom Bisque or Beef barley/Gazpacho
Thursdays: Broccoli Bisque or Beef barley/Gazpacho
Fridays: French Onion or Split Pea/Vichyssoise

Our famous sesame chicken salad is available daily as well as a southwestern inspired entrées

The Margarita's famous sesame chicken salad with greens, poached chicken, tomatoes, carrots, marinated vegetables and swiss
House smoked salmon cakes over fresh tossed greens, lemon herb vinaigrette, tomatoes,carrots, and lemon-dill tartar sauce

Entrees
(choice of house salad or bowl of soup)
Chicken, spinach, mushroom enchiladas with an ancho chile sauce
accompanied by guacamole, sour cream and house salsa
Or
Mediterranean vegetable panini with portabello mushrooms, roasted red peppers, olives, feta and arugula pesto
