Breakfast could be $100
and I'd still pay it, because you get a plateful
of the world's best coffeecake just for showing
up.

The good news is that you don't have to be a
flag-bearer for the slow-food movement to enjoy
the best cooking the Springs has to offer

The Margarita at Pinecreek a Colorado Springs
dining landmark, over thirty years in the making.
A Note about our Cuisine:
Centrally located near
I-25 and Woodmen Road, yet on a rustic 4-acre site
that is miles from the ordinary, the Margarita at
PineCreek is Colorado Springs’ longest-lived
fine food restaurant under the same ownership (35+
years). Its unique building and setting provide
two outdoor patios and multiple indoor seating areas;
that can accommodate 10-150 guests. The award winning
contemporary/continental cuisine is made all in
house including daily fresh baked breads and desserts
and uses farm-fresh produce whenever possible.
The Margarita serves luncheons for individuals
and groups up to 55 that feature soups and salad,
our famous sesame chicken salad or other entrée
salads as well as southwestern and other delicious
entrées suited to meet every taste and
need. Lunches are $10 for soups and salad and
$11 for entrées with soup or salad. All
lunches include fresh-baked wheat bread with pimento-cheddar
cheese and homemade bundt cakes for dessert.
Lunch Hours: Tuesday-Friday 11:30-2:00pm
(Special arrangements can be made for other days
and times.)

A Sunday brunch allows customers to sit and relax
with fresh fruit and a famous cinnamon-pecan coffee
cake while chefs create fresh to-order fare including;
crab eggs benedict, a variety of omelets, steak
and eggs, house-made smoked salmon cake salad
and some of Colorado Springs’ best green
chili huevos rancheros to name a few.
Prices range from $8.75 to $17 per person
Sunday Brunch 10:30-2:00pm
Dinners are casual in atmosphere, but special
for any occasion. Eric Viedt, the award-winning
chef, has created a menu that tempts the adventurous,
but soothes the conventional palate. The Margarita
features a specialty five-course, as well as a
lighter three-course dinner to satisfy many tastes
and appetites. The five-course dinners include
appetizer, soup and fresh-baked bread, salad,
entrée choice and homemade dessert. Vegetarian
dishes are always on the menu and dietary restrictions
are accommodated.
Dinners are $27 for three-course and $35 for five-course
meals.
Dinner Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 5:30-8:30
pm
An a la carte bar and patio menu is available
in the evenings, with live music in the bar (or
on the patio in the summer) on Thursdays and Fridays.
On Saturdays, live chamber music is performed
in the main dining room.
