The menu will include Tete de Moine cheese; Grilled Eggplant, Artichoke Heart with Roasted Red Pepper; Italian Meatballs; Ham and Bean Soup; and Vanilla Gelato with warm Peaches. Tuesday, April 3rd will be the first in a series of events for Evergreen and Conifer High Schools and Challenge Day, a tremendously-successful mentoring program. The Tastings will feature an array of wines, presented by winery representatives and accompanied by Tapas platters, Anti-Pastas or Cheese Platters.
