John Lehndorff of the Rocky Mountain News writes: "Finally, Kevin
Taylor marches back into Boulder Monday with the opening of his second
Prima Ristorante at 1801 13th St. Just the thought of housemade, soft
egg-filled ravioli with truffle oil makes us tingle." |

Cindy Sutter of the Boulder Daily Camera writes,
"If Taylor's accolades are a guide, he is likely to succeed.
Last month he was one of 10 chefs
inducted into the Nation's Restaurant News Hall of Fame. Among
those sharing the honor are Mario Batali."
"It's a very American interpretation of classic (Italian) dishes" Taylor
says, "The food will be [fresh] ingredient driven, with chefs using
the simplest techniques to spotlight the quality. The menu will
be large, allowing
for plenty of choice."

Gabby Gourmet writes: "Unlike some
celebrities who are 'baaack',
the return of acclaimed chef Kevin Taylor is truly welcomed by
Boulder diners.
Taking over a wonderful space at the corner of Walnut and 13th
Street just off the Pearl Street Mall, Prima Ristorante is certain
to become
a destination for those not wanting to drive into Denver but
desiring a Kevin Taylor inspired meal." |
