What is our Game
Plan?
Phase One: Create a Fellowship. We are collecting names of chefs and owners, names of food critics and city councils, throughout the battlefield. We are uniting together and once we have a sizable force, well, we can move forward. Let me introduce myself: I am Victor Matthews. I have been cooking for over 25 years and I own 2 independent restaurants and a very independent culinary school in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Colorado Springs is dead center, in the middle of the list of 100 medium cities. At around 500 thousand population but with only a dozen chef/owners...we are the absolute definition of the battlefield. 1600 restaurants. Less than 20 chefs. Strips of a hundred chains.
