Details: The Pikes Peak Chapter of the Colorado Restaurant Association and the American Culinary Federation (ACF) have partnered to present the 11th Annual Restaurant Expo and Culinary Arts Show!

More than 40 of Southern Colorado’s best restaurants and caterers are gathering at the Broadmoor Hotel for the biggest culinary show of 2007! (Click Here to see a list of Participating Restaurants and Caterers) Sample food from participating restaurants and enjoy special tastings of wine and beer from local purveyors. Watch the area’s best chefs compete “Iron Chef” style for the coveted Chef de Cuisine trophy.
