White Wine Poached Halibut served over Grilled Asparagus dressed with a Dill Cream Sauce along side
                    “Vista Montone Vineyard” 2005 Chardonnay

Course Three…
Oven Roasted Tomatoes stuffed with Mushroom Risotto, topped with Fresh Mozzerella accompanied by
                    “Chicken Ranch Estate” 2005 Merlot

Course Four…
Grilled Beef Tenderloin atop Goronzola Polenta paired with
                    “Mario's Reserve” 2005 Meritage

Course Five…
Porcini Crusted Elk Wellington with a Spinach-Parmessan Cream Sauce along with
                    “Napa Reserve” 2005 Petit Verdot
