Connection Restaurant Group is a Hospitality Management & Consulting Company whose goal is to own and operate several of Colorado’s most successful restaurants.

OPERATING PHILOSOPHY

The name “Connection” was chosen for our group because of our firm belief that the hospitality industry represents a relationship between opportunities for smart, creative, hardworking people with an entrepreneurial spirit and their desire to provide a unique dining experience.

Our core business is the full-service ownership and operation of restaurants. Additionally, we also offer consulting, product development, executive recruitment, real estate, and marketing services.

Connection Restaurant Group operations are professionally managed chef-driven businesses-each with its own unique identity and compelling character. The common thread throughout each restaurant is that they each offer the very best in food, wine, service and perceived value. Service in our restaurants is always attentive and caring, fueled by the determination that each and every guest finds their expectations exceeded. Our in-depth experience in every aspect of the restaurant business enables us to make the tough decisions that ensure that each restaurant is profitable, and that guest satisfaction is maintained as a #1 goal.

The cozy, intimate UNION is the epitome of a friendly neighborhood restaurant, inviting locals and visitors to enjoy the quintessential High Country culinary experience. To further its connection with the community that it serves, UNION will donate a portion of all corkage fees collected to local non-profit organizations.
